M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc.’s mission to provide a continuum of life skills, economic and entrepreneurship assistance to men and male youth in the greater Atlanta area with barriers to accessing resources in order to enhance their economic condition and community.
M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc.’s core teaching centers on a life changing 10-week curriculum that offers hands-on, interactive training. The curriculum offers competencies that aid in removing mental roadblocks to success. Participants receive teaching in consumer economics, information technology, employment readiness, financial education, and career coaching.

The experience is like no other service in the industry. Our clients have a “King for the Day” shopping experience!Each client meets with a style consultant for a personalized wardrobe fitting to select business attire that is tailored to his body type and personal style. Each client leaves with a mini-wardrobe that prepares them for job searches, interviews and recent employment.
Project Second Chance – Re-Entry Initiative
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) over 50 percent of those released from incarceration will be in some form of legal trouble within 3 years. Our goal is to change the cycle of incarceration by changing the MINDSET. Our reentry program aligns with the client’s requirements and is a customized program that includes employment training, life skills and consumer economics.
What is Re-entry? According to the U.S. Department of Justice the definition of Reentry is: Reentry involves the use of programs targeted at promoting the effective reintegration of offenders back to communities upon release from prison and jail. Reentry is intended to assist offenders in acquiring the life skills needed to succeed in the community and become law-abiding citizens.
Project Manhood: Males On The Move – Youth Initiative
Starting with the youth is a key part of our strategy to achieve our mission and vision. Project Manhood is geared toward young men in middle and high school and is designed to educate young males of the importance and power of positive images. Our signature workshop is “Swagger, Etiquette and You”. In this workshop we give them a new perspective about image, fashion, how to “look” when looking for a job and business etiquette. This is a great session for youth groups, middle and high school career development courses/workshops. Contact us to be a part of your next workshop.

A father plays a critical role in a child’s life and development; our goal is that every child be connected with their father. The Fatherhood Initiative equips men to properly be the head of household by providing effective parenting skills, employment readiness, life skills, personal finance management and consumer economics training.
M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc.’s -- Men’s Microenterprise Initiative consists of an in-depth practical comprehensive business planning curriculum designed to assist men with becoming self-sufficient and productive members of society. The curriculum allows participants to learn the competencies necessary to start and run a small business efficiently and effectively.
As a result of the initiatives, M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. will make available to males a new perspective about personal appearance, career development, entrepreneurship, health and economic development through social change.
