>About Us

We believe that when you transform a man’s mind not only does his life change but also it impacts families and communities.  M.E.N.S (Making Employment the Next Step) Wear, Inc. is a place where mindsets are changed, overlooked opportunities are realized, and hope and confidence are reborn.

We focus on individuals, many with barriers, and help them become reconnected with mainstream society and productive individuals within the Metro-Atlanta communities.

Our clients have taught us that men with barriers have many faces; ranging from business professionals, chemists, and chefs that have simply made bad choices in life to men transitioning from incarceration to mainstream society.

These men are ready to change the cycle of incarceration but they have NOT been properly equipped to make the necessary changes to excel in life.

We like to call ourselves eye-openers because simply put, that’s what we do daily. We open our clients’ eyes to see new ways of thinking, unseen opportunities and sometimes just the basics such as time management, interview skills and business etiquette.

The final result of our eye-opening process is a NEW and improved image. We tailor our wardrobe fittings to help our clients understand and identify the best looks for their body type and career choices.

We partner with ESPs (Employment Service Providers) to provide the following programs and services:
  • 10-week Life Skill & Employment Readiness curriculum
  • Professional Wardrobe Services to eligible clients
  • Fatherhood Initiative
  • Project Second Chance Re-entry Program
  • Project Manhood
